Sample List
Before reading this list, understand that it is meant as a guide only. Obviously a bald man will not need a hairbrush and someone traveling to Antarctica can probably leave the swimsuit at home. Also, this list is aimed towards trips of a week or more. Weekend trips will require far less stuff. Lucky you!
Please check current TSA regulations before you pack. They change frequently, so we cannot guarantee that our list is the most up to date resource.
Remember: When in doubt, don’t pack it! Less is more when it comes to packing a backpack. You’ll be able to pick up items during your travels, and unused items are just dead weight taking up space in your bag. At minimum, you need cash, your travel documents, and a pair of clothes. Everything else is to make life easier.
